$750 a Year. Group Strength from Day One.
The $750 annual registration is not a course fee. It is a sourcing-and-advisory retainer — compensation for access to deal analysis, due diligence performed on your behalf and purchasing power unavailable to you as a single investor.

- Contractual credit of 4% of the purchase price on your first acquisition

- No time limit — the annual registration is renewable
- Stage B — Solo Investment · Low entry threshold (~$80,000)
Direct Ownership. Registered Title.
Acquire an existing premium hotel asset — audited, income-generating and registered. Full ownership in your own name on the Government Land Registry of Georgia (NAPR).
- A members-only discount off the asset's list price
- Optional bank leverage: up to 50% LTV
- On some projects: a net annual yield in the 7–8% range
- Purchase consideration transferred directly to the developer — never through IIC
- Stage C — Group Strength · Pooled capital

Stage C is the advanced level of the path. A group of members pools capital through a dedicated company (SPV) — opening access to projects worth tens of millions of dollars.
